"Wm. R. Kleasner Victim of misfortune Thursday Night -- Fire Seen From Here -- The large barn with its contents of hay, corn and other valuables at the home of Wm. R. Kleasner, near Black Walnut, was burned Thursday night. The origin of the fire is unknown. The fire was plainly seen from this city."
