Frank was born to Blanche (Beck) and Edward Eugene Smith, November 2, 1944, in Fresno, California.
 
Frank graduated from Gearhart Elementary School.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Terry Smith.

Frank is survived by three sisters; Sally Finn (Randy), Seaside, Oregon; Beth Weaver (Vern), Seaside, Oregon; and Pat Clark (George), of Woodbridge, Virginia; and one brother; Vic Smith (Linda), of Seaside, Oregon.  Several nieces and nephews.   
 
The family will have a private gathering and interment.

The family requests remembrances to your favorite charity in Frank's name."
